Salvia apiana (white sage)

Native to California, Salvia apiana boasts fragrant silver leaves and is valued by indigenous Native Americans as both a medicinal plant and a ceremonial incense. While its pale blue flowers may appear unassuming, they are highly appealing to bees. This plant thrives in well-drained soils.
