Rare White-Flowering Culinary Rosemary

Plant Description

‘Lady in White’ rosemary is a truly special variety, prized for its pure white blooms—a rare feature among rosemaries—and its compact, dense growth habit. With dark green, aromatic foliage and a naturally tidy form, this evergreen shrub offers both strong ornamental appeal and reliable culinary performance.

White-flowering rosemary can be difficult to find, and ‘Lady in White’ has become one of our top-selling rosemary varieties for good reason. Compared to larger white-flowered types like ‘Albiflorus,’ this selection stays smaller and more refined, making it especially well suited for containers, small gardens, and rockeries.

In the kitchen, it delivers classic rosemary flavor, while in the garden it provides year-round structure and a striking contrast when in bloom. Once established, it is drought tolerant, low maintenance, and thrives in full sun with excellent drainage.
