Melissa officinalis (Lime Balm)

Lime balm bears similarities to Lemon Balm, but with lighter green foliage and a distinctive lime flavor. Its white to light lavender flowers make for a beautiful addition. It is a strong and vigorous grower, perfect for culinary uses such as teas, cooking, or fresh snacking. Its sweet fragrance also attracts bees.
