Lavandula x allardii

This is another hybrid of French lavender (Lavandula dentata). It has broad, toothed, silvery leaves and large spikes of light lavender flowers. Like the French lavender, 'Goodwin Creek Grey', and L. x heterophylla, it is a good choice for hot humid areas like the Southeast. It is perhaps the tallest lavender we grow and needs pruning to keep a compact shape.
