This lavender has vibrant green leaves and a delightful pine scent. Its small flower clusters are reminiscent of French and Spanish varieties, but with greenish yellow bracts and creamy yellow corollas. Its flowering season lasts all summer. Robert Kourik, an authority on the subject, ranks this as one of the top lavenders for grilling due to its rosemary-like flavor.

Rick and Pam Happy to locate and purchase hard to find yellow lavander (lavandula viridis) This is a tender Lavander that probably originates near Portugal. Plan to shelter this inside during the coldest part of winter in Zone 8 so planting in containers. Beautiful, well packed little plants arrived with good tracking from Charsaw Farms.
