This cultivar of English lavender is upright and compact. The calyx color is dark purple; the corolla is violet. The foliage is silver-grey but has a green look to it.

It is excellent for both fresh cut and dried flowers. Because it dries so well, it is often used for potpourris.

It's slightly taller than other dark colored cultivars like 'Hidcote' and 'Loddon Blue'.

Betty's Blue blooms around July and lightly again in autumn.  The calyx color is dark purple; the corolla is violet. One our top 10 favorites.
