Helichrysum italicum (Curry Plant)

The narrow, silvery grey leaves emit a strong curry-like fragrance, but do not provide the true curry flavor. This plant possesses a delightful aroma and is a great addition to salads when used sparingly for a dose of curry fragrance. Furthermore, the small, papery yellow flowers produce a pleasant scent when dried and can also be utilized as a medicinal herb.
