Eryngium planum (seaholly)

Rosettes of lightly spiny leaves yield abundant, well-branched flowering stems. These steel-blue flowers, approximately 1" in diameter, can be harvested on a single lengthy stem and are ideal for both fresh and dried arrangements. Known to attract butterflies.
